HealthOne, St. Anthony's partner to keep Breck clinic open

BRECKENRIDGE — Breckenridge residents will keep their medical clinic.

St. Anthony Summit Medical Center and HCA-HealthONE LLC have entered into a joint venture to establish Breckenridge Medical Clinic, which replaces the former Breckenridge Medical Center, the two groups announced Wednesday.

Under the agreement, the two parties jointly own the clinic, with St. Anthony Summit Medical Center managing clinic operations. Breckenridge Medical Clinic is located at 555 South Park Plaza II in Breckenridge, in space previously occupied by Breckenridge Medical Center.

“Enhancing our community’s access to quality care is a priority for our organization,” said Paul Chodkowski, Administrator, St. Anthony Summit Medical Center.

The transition comes after HealthONE and Vail Valley Medical Center last year decided to end their partnership in the Breckenridge Medical Center.
