Editor’s note: This story was updated to clarify that the sale of Arapahoe Basin Ski Area to Alterra Mountain Co. is still pending.

Following an announcement earlier this year that Alterra Mountain Co. plans to buy Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, officials with the mountain announced in an email on Tuesday, June 25, that Ikon Pass access will remain unchanged for the upcoming 2024-25 season.

Like previous years, Ikon Pass access will include five days on the Ikon Base Pass and seven days on the full Ikon Pass.

Additionally, A-Basin will be selling parking passes for the 2024-25 season starting on July 9 at 10 a.m. The cost of a pass will cost $150 and will cover all parking fees for the parking reservation period.

Reservations will be required holidays and weekends mid-December through mid-May. Parking passes will only be available to 2024-25 A-Basin unrestricted season pass holders and are limited. Even with a parking pass, guests will still need to create a reservation online and in advance.

The sale of A-Basin to Alterra Mountain Co. is still pending.
