The Summit Daily News is seeking reader-submitted photographs for use in print and online.
Summit County’s wildlife, landscape and community often make for incredible pictures, and the Summit Daily uses reader photos on the front page and elsewhere in print to show off the work of locals and visitors alike.
Instagram not giving enough love to your photo of a friend careening down a mountain on skis or a lovely Summit County landscape shot? Send it to the Summit Daily News for a chance to be immortalized in print and online. Our readers love to see recent photos of the community shared in our publications.
To submit photos, send an email to share@summitdaily.com with the picture(s), the name of the photographer and a short description for a chance to be featured in the daily newspaper. Photos shared on Instagram with the tag #ExploreSummit also have a chance to be featured in print or online in Summit Daily News products.

As a Summit Daily News reader, you make our work possible.
Summit Daily is embarking on a multiyear project to digitize its archives going back to 1989 and make them available to the public in partnership with the Colorado Historic Newspapers Collection. The full project is expected to cost about $165,000. All donations made in 2023 will go directly toward this project.
Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference.
