Vail’s Ritz-Carlton Residences announce grand opening in Dec.
New Ritz-Carlton Residences in Vail opened its doors in September with an official grand opening slated for Dec. 4, during the weekend of The Birds of Prey World Cup alpine ski races.
The property, built by Vail Resorts Development Company, features 71 whole-ownership residences and is co-located with The Ritz-Carlton Club. It is situated at the base of Vail Mountain, next to Gore Creek and near Lionshead Village.
Vail Resorts Development Company was recently recognized with a Quality Assurance Observation certification – recognizing the structure’s quality – for the property.
The developer is currently offering an enhanced incentive program for new buyers, which includes social membership to The Arrabelle Club as part of the residence purchase.
