Letter to the editor: Dillon’s informal amphitheater policy should have no standing

David Brandt
Frisco

This letter is in response to a story published Sept. 16 in Summit Daily News that said “a local church” opened a Pandora’s Box — much less being a possible First Amendment violation — for every ‘church’ to use the amphitheater. What defines “a church?” What keeps any faux religious group to declare itself “a church?” ‘Informal policy’ should have no, zero, standing when townships are owners.
